In the heart of one of Britain's most beautiful seaside towns our Anglican congregation has been joyfully serving the local community since 1843 and faithfully offering worship to God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We are welcoming church, ecumenical, spiritual, catholic and evangelical.
Salcombe is by its nature a very close-knit community and it this is also reflected in the congregational life. This short video gives a flavour of our worshipping community in Salcombe and was made with help from the children of Salcombe Church of England Primary School.
Baptised into Christ Jesus
We very much welcome inquiries for baptism (or 'Christened') from parents for children or adult candidates. The majority of baptisms are undertaken during our family services at 10am on Sunday.
What we can offer
We have regular Sunday worship 8am, 10am and 6.30pm. The church building was reordered to provide a space which is stunningly contemporary while in keeping with the traditional feel of its Victorian heritage.
